Wow! Seriously Where Da Hell Dey Dew Dis Ish at?? Apparently in San Juan Puerto Rico. The 22 Year old David Morales Colon told his family that when he dies that he did not want a traditional funeral. Well he wish was theie command. He was shot 11 times on April 8th in which resulted in his death.
